Retraining of staff and upgrading of teaching methods. The Bachelor courses are accredited by the Kyrgyz ministry of education and the first intakes are running successfully.

Co-ordinator of TACIS SCM-T015B05-2005-UKR “WIPATH” on behalf of Wyzsza Szkola Biznesu Nowy Sacz, Poland. The project was related to establish 3 regional “Bologna Training and Consultation offices” in Kiev, Donetsk and Odessa to support the transition of the Ukraine Higher Education Area.

Co-ordinator of the GTZ/IBB Project within the „Förderprogramm Belarus“: „Demonstration Laboratory for Renewable Energies (DEEZ)“ FpB-5019. This project was a fist step of a row of activities foreseen for Belarus to strengthen the public awareness of renewable energies that could compensate the dependency towards Russia as energy supplier. Follow ups are already sponsored.
